The outside is average.... it looks like an old Churches Chicken but when you walk in..... this place is REALLY nice!!!!

    So the service.....
The ladies are very pleasant and oh so helpful. They have an iPad to offer a fresh view of the daily specials.

When you sit down you are greeted with hot bread and oil with garlic and herbs! OMG..... We had TWO baskets!!!!!

They have Happy Hour..... keep in mind it is 2 for one but that is for ONE PERSON, not to share.

The food..... the flavor IS CRAZY GOOD!!!!!

Give this place a try, you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!!

Out of curiosity, my wife and I went in to try this place out. This is basically an old fashioned Cuban restaurant with old latin cheesy music constantly playing through the speakers. But we went in to eat not for the ambience.... When the waitress came to our table, I asked for a few minutes to go over the menu, but apparently that threw her off because she completely forgot to go back to our table after that, even thou the restaurant was almost empty. I had to stand and go up to the group of waiters that were behind the counter chatting away (she was in the group) and asked them to please take our order. When we finally ordered, I asked for a palomilla steak with rice and beans and my wife ordered chicken quesadillas. The chicken quesadillas were pretty bland. My dish however completely sucked. The steak itself was ok but I could tell that the beans were canned and that they were also serving instant rice. Why the hell would I want to pay 14 dollars for a dish when I'm gonna get canned beans and rice that comes out of a damn box? I asked one of the waitresses about the beans and told her to tell me that I was wrong about the beans being canned and she smiled and said she wasn't gonna comment.

So...If you want quality food that's actually prepared at the restaurant, then this is NOT the place to go to.

Some ordering issues but staff was very accommodating.  Overall the food was tasty and well prepared.

I had the breaded pork chop. It was well seasoned and crispy fried.  Two nice size chops with breading and an onion pepper vinegar sauce on the side. Rice and beans were tasty and lived up to my Cuban made expectation.

Overall a good meal and I will return..:

I just love this place. Why you ask, well because I am yet to walk out of here unsatisfied. I don't think I have had too many different items on their menu, and that's because the churrasco steak is so good. This is a skirt steak which I usually get with sweet plantains and rice, and they serve a hot sauce on the table which looks to be made in house from scratch.
Service is super friendly and fast, as well as the kitchen. If your in the neighborhood of state road 84 and enjoy a good Latin cafe with all the Latin hits you would like to hear and enjoy with your meal then this is the place for you.

If you like seafood, steaks, pastas, then this is the place for you! The seafood soup was fabulous, the pasta with fish and spinach tasted out of this world! I ordered the tamarindo to drink, excellent choice!! The only thing I didn't like was the waitress barely came by to offer drink refills, etc and it was barely busy. I did love that they had the tablet to show us pictures of all the meals offered!
I highly recommend this restaurant if your in the Fort Lauderdale area.
